Yes. we accept all bookings made within a year of your flight. Its always good practice to plan ahead and we love that motto, to remind you of your booking our driver or one of our team members will contact you to confirm your booking near to your pick-up date.

No problem. you can contact us via our Contact form or through WhatsApp message with your Booking Number and your modification and then we will send you a Modified Booking Confirmation to your email or Whatsapp at your request..

Yes. You can change your Booking to another date for Free so you dont lose your money, as long as its requested before the 24 hours threshold of your pick-up.

You can also change Airport or set a different drop-off or pick-up location but additional charges will apply. (Please refer to our Cancellations & Refund Policy here.)

Not to worry. Our Drivers are always monitoring your flight plan continuously and make their way to pick our customers up at the right time. They will be informed if the flight is cancelled to another date and will make the necessary arrangements to pick you up on the specified date.
(Please be aware our drivers will contact the airline company to confirm if the flight has been cancelled. if you missed your flight they will be aware which will result in your booking being void and you will have to purchase a new Booking)

We always try to be reasonable. If for any reason you cannot fly out which means your pick-up will need to be voided, we can either process a refund or change the date free of charge. (as long as it meets our 24 hour threshold policy)
Otherwise we can still issue you a 50% refund if the request is made less than 24 hours and not more than 12 hours till your pick-up. if this turns out to be the case we cannot issue a refund or a booking change. We apologise for any inconveniences.
