Our Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Change of Booking

  • For any cancellations made within 24 hours of pick-up is non refundable.
  • For cancellations made before the 24 hours threshold is reached can be treated as a Booking change or a Full Refund* (only if payed in Full *see refunds below). Deposit payments are non-refundable but can be changed to another date if the pick-up and drop-off is the same as previous booking otherwise additional charges may apply.
  • Cancellations made early and before the 24 hour threshold can be changed to another date for no extra cost unless the pick-up or drop-off locations are different. Then Extra Charges may apply.
  • If Change of Booking is requested less than 12 hours from pick-up time an additional fee of £10 will apply

 

Refunds

A full refund* of the prepaid booking will be made on only card payments if

  • Any fully paid card payments you wish to cancel in advance will be given a refund, provided the cancellation is more than 24 hours before the pick-up time. Due to All card payments made are subject to a fee, we cannot refund this amount as this is not charged by ourselves.
  • For reservations cancelled less than 24 hours but not exceeding 12 hours, a possible up to 50% can be be refunded. (depending on circumstance)
  • Refunds will be submitted electronically and the funds repaid to the card used to pay for the journey, or we may request bank transfer details to speed up the refund process. Usually refunds will normally take 3-5 working days to be processed.
  • No refunds will be given if the journey is terminated part way through the hire.
  • Any cancellations made within 12 hours of pick-up will not be refunded.
  • No refunds will be given if the passenger books the taxi for a wrong date, wrong flight number and other misleading information.
  • No refunds are given for Deposit payments unless you change your booking to another date within the 24 hour threshold.

 

No-Show Fees

If you fail to cancel your reservation prior to the pickup time and do not show up on the pickup date, we reserve the right to make a no-show fee where none of the amount will be refunded.


Exceptional situations

In any of exceptional situations in case of client, Kibris247 also reserves the right to cancel bookings. Any charges already paid shall be refunded in this case. No claim for damages and no further claims shall exist.

If an inevitable event occurs such as the vehicle stops working, Kibris24 reserves the right to use the next best replacement vehicle.
