We do not by any means collect any sensitive data such as Bank Details or Card Numbers when processing your payment, as this is all done by our Payment service providers Paypal and Stripe which are world leading secure online payment systems. The Sensitive Data our customers provide through our booking system are safe and secure and we don’t have the ability to store or have any access to this information while filling in your payment details.
These sensitive data are as follows:
- Debit or credit card details (card number, expiry date, CVC and AVS)
- Billing Address (Company or Home Address)

All personal data relating to the booking of our services and products is processed using our Online Taxi Booking Database software. All Personal Data is stored up to 28 days after the order is completed for security and monitoring purposes. After the period of 28 days all Data is deleted off our records and database unless you have become a member on our website.
How Do We Process Your Sensitive Data?
All sensitive personal data relating to the payment of our services and products is processed using our cloud-based merchant providers “Paypal” and “Stripe”. Both Paypal and Stripe are PCI data security standard (PCI-DSS) level 1 compliant. This is the most stringent level of security certification available for card payments and ensures GDPR provision compliance (GDPR (EU) 2016/679).

How Long Do We Store Your Personal Data
As required by law, all data is stored for a minimum period of 28 Days from the point of service or purchase being completed. After this period has lapsed, data will be or can be deleted upon request.
